More Yoga




I am working on some new poses in my yoga routine. They are a little more difficult than what I have been doing so far. So, I am rather excited by the fact that I can even get into them, much less hold them for any amount of time. Crow Pose, I cannot stay in yet, but my arms are strong enough to actually get into the pose now.




I am also working on Forward stretch and Shoulder Stand pose. They are a little harder and I do have to work to get into them, but I feel great once I do. I foresee sore muscles on the morrow. :)
