This gorgeous Argiope spider or 'writing spider' has made her home , unfortunately on the Buddleia, butterfly bush. Fortunately, I have seen no butterflies caught in her web, but she is above the pumpkin vine and below the sunflowers, so does not go hungry. Beautiful.
The three tallest sunflowers blooming together. The tallest is at least 10-12 feet tall. I am in love with them. Lovely.
