Spent today reading and hanging out with Sophie. We did a little thrift store and used book store shopping. Found an awesome little snake goddess. She has the head and torso of a woman and the body of a snake. Fantastic detail in the painting. It is super lightweight, but seems fragile. It has a tag that says made in Indonesia. I can't figure out what it is made of. But it fits right in the temple. Got in my yoga practice this morning with Sophie by my side. She is getting better and better at getting into the poses correctly, today it was the triangle pose she "got". I really love being with her. We are together most all the time and I honestly can't say that I'd rather be doing anything else. Although, I admit to also being so glad when she goes to sleep at night. The time I need away from her is minimal. I couldn't ask for a better relationship with my daughter. Plus, I managed to get in another short practice before bed. Yum!
