Got the yoga in early this morning before any children were awake. I love waking up before anyone else, although David was up, he was doing his own thing, so it was just me and Katy and Cleo, as usual. Lovely yoga, feeling good. Probably spend the day catching up on reading for class. Yoga blessings.
