Daily Yoga Check In


Well, I woke up with such a stiff back and neck, I thought I was going to be miserable all day. But I got on the mat anyway, and slowly went through the poses, and especially on the ones that lengthen the spine, I took very slow deep breathes and waited for the muscles to stretch and relax. My back now feels 100% better and I am so thrilled. I am wondering if my back now has some arthritis in it. It seems to hurt sometimes for no apparent reason. That truly would suck, however, I have noticed quite a change in the arthritis in my hands since beginning the vegan diet and renewing my yoga practice. The inflammation of dairy products is no longer an issue and I know that has made the difference. Yay!
