Yoga Blessings


I am noticing a great improvement in my balance during yoga practice lately. A friend commented the other day about her balance being bad. I realized that mine has gotten better and better as my yoga practice has developed. This month marks eight months of solid yoga practice. My body is certainly showing the rewards for that steady, mostly daily practice. I have more energy, I am more fit and toned, my skin is clear and my emotions are more balanced. I have had more luck with meditation during my practice in the last month or so. Although, just as in the beginning, I find it hard to get alone time to meditate during yoga. I enjoy it so much. This morning I was stressing about some things in my life, and I decided to do my yoga routine. I went through it slowly and with a meditative quality. Afterwards I was more clear in my thinking about the problems and much calmer and relaxed. I have received so many blessings from yoga.
