
This morning I woke up to stiffness and an aching back. This daily yoga is really working and my body is reflecting the stretching and toning that is taking place in it. Once I got to my yoga practice, I felt alot looser and my back stopped hurting altogether. I love yoga! I don't know now why I stopped making time for it daily. I hope to get a good routine going this month and be able to continue with it even after this month's challenge is over. Thanks to everyone who is giving me support and feedback through this blog. It is really a great help. Have a beautiful Sunday, or Monday if you are on the other side. LOL Blessings.

oooh, the good stuff! (soreness) next week you'll feel twice as strong and you'll get a second rush of physical euphoria... day 13 or 14 I predict :)
