Emergency room.......Emily wiped out on her board and ended up with a badly sprained and very painful wrist and arm. Poor thing. Luckily, it isn't broken.

What a fun day, except for the big ouch. SCA fighter practices can be really fun to watch, even better are the real battles though :)
