I received these beautiful daffodils and cherry blossoms from my thirteen year old son and his friend today. What a sweet gesture, to give his mom flowers. Just as he heads into those tumultuous teen years, he shows me that he still holds our mother/son relationship close. I will cherish it while I have it, as I know that changes are just around the corner for us. Aren't they beautiful?
