Yoga,yoga,yoga

Well, after a day without a complete yoga practice, I was more than ready to get back in there today. It felt wonderful to work through all the poses, plus I tried out the Camel, and Shoulder stand. Don't think I'm quite ready for the Shoulder stand, but the Camel worked pretty good, since I've been doing the Moon Salutation it has loosened up my back. I am so stoked about it. I am looking forward to adding more and more poses to my routine. I found that when I do yoga at night I am much looser in my movements. The other night I had the chance to practice in the temple and that was wonderful. It was so peaceful and I could meditate on the loving face of the Earth Mother in many of Her guises, due to the fabulous artwork that is housed there. I will add more about the temple later, for those who are interested.

More on the Sophie-yoga saga: today, while I am in Triangle pose, Sophie decides to do "My yoga too" on the same mat, which made her be underneath me. That being fun, she gave up yoga and decided that mom made a good bridge to crawl under. Through it all I am telling her that she is going to make me fall on her, but that didn't faze her. Must have been terribly funny to see. lol
