
I am thinking that I may move my yoga practice to early morning - like 5 AM. It is proving difficult to get the calm, centering that I would like with Sophie trying to get into the poses beside me and falling all over me. Cute as it is, it makes it hard to concentrate. So since my evenings are usually reserved for David, the other children, hobbies and other last minute cleaning, etc, I think that early morning will be the time. The quiet darkness of early winter mornings should lend itself to the kind of solitude that I seek. On the plus side, once spring arrives, it will mean seeing the sunrise while I practice.
