Healthy Flavored Waters

When you're feeling hot and find yourself tempted to reach for a sugary drink, try some of these refreshing homemade flavored waters instead. They taste great and kids will love helping to prepare them.







Spa Water



1 gallon cold water

5 slices fresh lemon
5 slices fresh cucumber





Place all ingredients in a pitcher and serve. For a stronger taste, let the water sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.






Mint-Infused Water


1 gallon cold water

1/2 bunch fresh mint





Cut a remove stems from fresh mint. Wash mint. Add mint to pitcher fill with cold water.For a stronger taste, break mint leaves to release flavor.

Pineapple-Orange Water


1 gallon cold water
1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into cubes

5 slices fresh orange





Place pineapple and orange into pitcher. Lightly mash the pineapple and orange to release their juices. Add cold water. Refrigerate for one hour and serve.
