Daily Yoga Check In


Lovely morning for yoga practice on the porch. I enjoy it so much. I am still having problems with the joint of my thigh and hip, in the front, when I stretch into lunge poses. I am not sure what to do about that. I have never had a trouble with that muscle/tendon/ligament before. Otherwise, my practice is going well, I am getting more flexible and stronger. I have been working on holding my poses for a longer time and breathing deeper during the stretches.


On a related note, I am going to be introducing a couple of friends to yoga on Wednesday evenings, beginning next week! I am so excited to be doing this. I have considered yoga teacher training, but the cost is prohibitive right now. So this will be a good way to test the waters and see if I really would enjoy it and be good at it. Plus I get to hang out with my girls even more often! Awesome!
