Daily Yoga Check In


My oldest son is going to summer school, so I am getting up much earlier than I would otherwise be,ugh. But it does give me some extra time in the morning before the day gets busy with Sophie and everything else. So I am getting my yoga practice in early. This morning it really felt good to get on the mat. I am gaining more flexibility every day. I do still have a problem with the ligament/tendon, something at the top of my thighs. Bending them too far in either direction gives me a straining feeling. But I am working on it. They are getting better. This is my favorite post right now, called the Dancer Pose. I think it's beautiful and it gives a fantastic stretch. Yoga blessings.
