
Overnight it seems, I have become much more flexible. The poses are much easier to get into, I don't have to push myself as much, and my muscles are much more loose, and "bendy". lol I am so thrilled. This is what I have been waiting for, it doesn't take long at all for the benefits of yoga to begin to show. I feel much better after a brief yoga practice, so much to do today. Yoga blessings.
