
Yoga makes me feel so good. No matter how I am feeling upon waking, once I get on the mat and start going through the poses I always feel better. The energy that flows through my body as I breathe the focused breathing of yoga, move my body into the poses and relax into the stretches is incredible. I have more energy for the day ahead after a morning yoga practice. Considering I have a very active five year old who is on summer vacation, energy is what I need. Viva la yoga!
