
This morning I was able to get in a full yoga routine! Woo Hoo! I am so happy and this was one morning when I really needed it, as you can see from the Daily Om post. Yoga is very soothing and calming for me. It is a great way to ground and center myself before I go off and do something that I will most likely regret, as in this morning's case.
My back hurts only a little when I hold one position too long, though the yoga poses do not bother it. Lucky me. I love yoga!
