Daily Yoga Check In


Finally able this morning to add additional poses and longer holds to my yoga routine. I am so happy. It feels good to be back to my usual health. My back only bothers me now if I stay in a sustained position for too long, as in sitting, or sleeping in one position all night. But it is feeling much better and continues to improve. Yoga this morning with the rainfall and birdsong as my music was wonderful! Blessings.
