New Yoga Poses
























I have recently added two new poses to my yoga practice. The first one is Parsvottanasana, a forward bend that looks easy enough, but gives a powerful stretch to the hamstring, calve, and quadricep muscles. It is tougher than it looks. But feels wonderful!
I am enjoying getting a little looser with it each day.

The second pose is called Pigeon Pose and it too, looks deceptively easy. The balance is the thing with this one. It opens up the hip joints and creates amazing flexibility in the hips and thighs. Yummy!
