Yoga~Anew

Two days into January. So far, so good. I have been back on the mat first thing each morning. Wow, can I feel the difference....in just the three months that I have not been doing yoga my muscles have stiffened and become much less flexible. I know that being forty has something to do with it. One the bright side, I also know that it will only take a week or so for me to loosen up and become flexible and comfortable doing the poses again. I am starting out slowly and not pushing too hard.

lol... One of my resolutions was to do yoga again as well. I started on 1/1 and although I am a bit sore, I do feel good! Keep it up!
