Dreaming of autumn, I had homemade chili on the porch swing with this book, and thought about doing some knitting this fall/winter. I have done very little in quite a while. Though fall is just around the corner, summer has not quite finished with my gardens, there is much to harvest yet. And I am thankful.

Nice looking tomatoes!
Any specific knitting projects planned? I've got several crochet baby blankets in the works. Seems like everyone I know is expecting all at the same time.
I really want to knit some socks. I love to hike and in the fall and winter I love cozy socks and so does my three year old, daughter. So....this year I attempt socks. It should be interesting. lol Last year was my baby knitting faze. I think I might skip it this time. My sister just had a baby boy in June, and knitting seemed too hot so....
I hope to bring out and try knitting again this winter. Socks would be a good project for me too. The book looks interesting...going to check it out!
