Well, the kids went back to school this week, but at brand new schools. We moved them to the city schools instead of the county. Joshua is in his first year of middle school and Jonathan is in his last. Emily is a junior at the newly remodeled $12 million dollar high school. Poor thing had to start back on crutches, she slipped on the steps and badly sprained her ankle. I feel so bad that she has to begin a new school like this, but at least it is not broken and she will heal fast.
Now that the first week is in full swing, I look forward to things settling down around here and Sophie and I getting into a routine of our own. I am planning to do some home preschool with her, nothing formal just more planned time together and specific things for her to do, for a portion of the day. More on that as we get into it. I know we are not the only ones going back to school, so I wish the best school success to everyone and many blessings this school year.
