New Fun~Dance Hoop

I got this at the thrift store. Brand new in the box, for a song! Anyway, it is amazingly fun, I enjoy it so much and it is easy to do, the hoop is so big it makes it easy even for someone who can't use a regular hula hoop. So much fun and a great workout. It comes with a DVD workout. I am having a blast! Everyone in the family has wanted to try it out. Check out the website for workout tips.
