
Late yoga practice this morning, but lovely none the less. I am getting much stronger in Warrior Pose! Used to be that I could hold it for no longer than a few seconds. Now I can hold it through several breaths. My legs are much stronger. Also in Triangle pose, when I touched on the floor, I used to have most of my weight on my hands, now my quads are taking up that effort. Its fantastic! I love yoga!
