Yoga practice today felt wonderful! I can already feel a difference in my flexibility after only four consecutive days of yoga practice. I feel more alive and awake, and more vibrant. I don't remember why I stopped my daily practice now. I certainly hope to continue with this, the benefits are many. (Someday, I'll get some photos of myself doing yoga poses instead of using ones from the internet.LOL Until then, these people execute the poses more graciously than I.) Blessings.

Day three.... check!
:)
I love yoga too ... although I can't seem to follow any of the rules (surprised?)unless I have a teacher present. So it usually turns into a hybrid mush of moving yoga dance stretches and lots of gooey floor rolling. LOL. feels good anyway!
I did a lot of good disciplined yoga, though, throughout my dance career.
Am I getting old? :)
I have never worked with a teacher. I have taught myself through books and video. I only hope that I am doing the poses correctly, and since I have had no injuries and only feel better afterward, I believe I am. My motto for life has always been, "If it feels good, go for it!" Of course that got me into some amount of trouble in the past. LOL Thanks for your comments. I find that it does help me keep motivated knowing that you and others are "checking in" to see if I have kept to my commitment. Blessings.
