
Well, I got up this Sunday morning, with Sophie, (she never sleeps in) and I did my yoga routine before breakfast. I notice that right after I wake up, I am a lot more stiff than if I wait a couple of hours after breakfast. But I seem to have more energy and feel better having done it first thing, mentally and physically. I am getting ready to add another couple of poses to my routine. I am planning to work on Warrior pose and Bridge pose and some of the twist poses. Should wake up my routine a little for the coming spring. I bought Rodney Yee's book, "Yoga, the poetry of the body" at the used book store yesterday. He is a very inspiring teacher and the photos are amazing! I seem to have inspired my friend, Mari to take up yoga, that's just great! I am happy, I do sing the praises of yoga a lot, even David tried a pose or two the other day, but don't tell him I told you. lol (The little yoga girl is animated, click on her.)
