Happy Birthday!

Today is my oldest daughter, Laura's nineteenth birthday! It is hard to believe that it has been 19 years since I became a mother for the first time. What a journey; we've been through natural birth, breastfeeding, baby-led weaning, co-sleeping, homeschooling, teen angst and now she is a beautiful young woman with so many possiblities ahead of her. I feel blessed to be her mom.
